Jiaqi Dong is a student major in Interactive Media Arts at NYU Shanghai. She studies interactive media arts, finance, marketing and economics in entertainment, media and technology. Her research interests are business in creative technology and the sharing economy. Jiaqi has great passion for food, especially for Chinese cuisine. She has a food blog www.dormfoodies.com with her friends where they have documented their cooking recipes while studying away at the New York campus.

Clifton Evers is a lecturer in Cultural and Media Studies at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China.

Kyle Greenberg is a Technology Enhanced Education Fellow at NYU Shanghai’s Interactive Media Arts Program. He advises and implements technology for data collection and visualization for Anna Greenspan’s Street Food and Urban Planning class.
